2025 RMLL Spring Season

Red Mountain Little League is an organization of volunteers dedicated to serving youth through Little League endorsed sports programs. Little League is a program of service to youth. It is formulated to provide an outlet of healthful activity and training under good leadership in the atmosphere of wholesome community participation. Our commitment is to provide a baseball program built around qualified leaders with an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, character, fun, fair play, and safety.

Here are the Divisions offered for the 2025 RMLL Spring Season:

  1. T- Ball: T- Ball is available for boys and girls ages 4-6. It is an instructional baseball program focused on introducing players to the basics of hitting and fielding. This division's primary objective is to ensure the players have fun, learn the basics of baseball, and constantly stay engaged throughout a game and practices. Tee ball is not competitive. We don't keep score. Everyone gets to bat, and everyone gets to play in the field. Games only last 60 minutes.
  2. Coach Pitch: Coach Pitch is available for boys and girls ages 5-7. *5-year-olds should have played a year of T-Ball before registering for coach pitch. * It is an instructional baseball program focused on introducing or improving the basics of hitting and fielding. This division's primary objective is to ensure the players have fun, learn the basics of baseball, and constantly stay engaged throughout a game and practices. Coach Pitch is not competitive. We don't keep score. Everyone gets to bat, and everyone gets to play in the field. Games only last up to 60 minutes.
  3. Rookies: Rookies Division Baseball is available for boys and girls ages 7-8. This is the first level where players have an opportunity to Pitch. It is an instructional baseball program focused on introducing live pitching and baseball plays, while also improving the basics of hitting and fielding. This division's primary objective is to ensure the players have fun, learn the basics of baseball, and constantly stay engaged throughout a game and practices. Encourage players to swing at good pitches and not wait for walks. Players aged 6 or 9 can play this level with Board approval.
  4. Minors: Minor Division Baseball is available for boys and girls ages 8-10. This is the level where the game relies solely on players pitching. It is a competitive baseball program focused on improving pitching and baseball plays, while also refining the basics of hitting and fielding. Stealing and walks are a key element to this division. More advanced skills such as bunting, double plays, the use of signs, and calling pitches may also be used at this level.
  5. Majors: Major Division Baseball is available for boys and girls ages 10-12. It is a competitive baseball program focused on improving pitching and advanced baseball plays.  More advanced skills such as bunting, double plays, the use of signs, and calling pitches are expected at this level.
  6. Juniors: The Junior League Baseball Division is a program for boys and girls ages 13-14, using a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches. This league will be run by District 7 Little League.

Little League is run completely by volunteers. To have a successful season, we need head coaches, assistant coaches, pitch count keepers, scorekeepers, and other volunteers. In the registration process, we ask for volunteers. Please consider taking on one of these roles. It is very much appreciated! Thank you!

Coach/ Teammate requests:
  • For T-Ball, Coach Pitch, and Rookies you can request a coach or teammate. The Board tries very hard to make sure all requests are honored, but it is not a guarantee.
  • For Minors, Majors, and Juniors, the teams are selected from evaluations and a draft. You can still request coaches, teammates in the comments, but it is not a guarantee.
